RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on in-stock products within 30 days of delivery with the following exceptions. We do not accept returns on cut fabric yardage. We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order products including skived, perforated, embossed or cnc stitched leather. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept exchanges. All products must be checked upon delivery for issues prior to cutting. No returns on products after they have been cut. We cannot be responsible after goods are cut or installed.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Authorization must be granted by a customer service representative before any return can be accepted. Returns must be in original, unused condition. Leather, fabric, carpet and thread must be uncut and/or not marked. DO NOT FOLD LEATHER. DO NOT FOLD FABRIC THAT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU ROLLED. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return must be in its original packaging. Returned goods that do not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Returns should be sent to the below address. Please include a copy of your packing slip.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Relicate will credit your original method of payment the order subtotal plus applicable taxes less a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping cost. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 - 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
